The Chalets will be built in a modern timberframe construction as barrier-free bungalows. They will be built as double or single houses with 50 to 97 square metres of living space and a spacious balcony with a panoramic view. The chalets have three to four rooms, the bathroom can also be equipped with a sauna. An air-heating pump and underfloor heating ensure a pleasant room climate, low operating costs and protect the environment. A fireplace can be installed for a special cosy atmosphere – the connections are available.
